Kassam Stadium Stadium Compliance

Apologies if this is not on the right thread. So who thought it would be a good idea to put cones all down the middle of the road at the back of the South Stand? Then a bus pulls up at the bus stop....and doesnt move for 10 minutes resulting in everybody leaving from the East Stand car park with nowhere to go. (Stuck behind the bus) Genius that.

I can't work out whether he is an Oxford fan, or Exeter from the article?

Anyone have any idea?
I couldn’t work it out either.
Perhaps a Bromley based Exeter fan who didn’t like their manager and was in the away end in our North Stand ?

North Stand leaking. Best they the sealer on the top of the stand!
My first trip back to Kasstad since the end of December following a serious illness. And what greeted me? 25 odd years sitting in the same seat in South Stand and for the first time ever a bloody dripping roof.
A soaking seat and drips on my head and down my neck the whole game!

I’m not sure it’s done on percentage of non functional nights.
It’s how much light is projected overall and also what it looks like during a power outage.(emergency lighting).
It’s also what plans you have in place to protect your people.
I have little to no faith that our landlord has or is doing enough in regards to stadium compliance.
