Surely a massive points deduction is the only way to sort this. A few other teams in the bottom half should receive this fate too, for no particular reason.

Bolton have been in a total mess for years.
Considering their financial position they did Really well to get promoted and stay in the Championship (although the way they did the Doige deal sounded a little dodgy)!

Until something nasty happens they (we) will keep doing it. Should be a minimum 10 point deduction for anyone published on court lists since the start of 2019.
