I would agree that she and her ilk are completely discredited after the last 14 years, but don't forget that there are a whole swathe of cretinous individuals in the Tory party membership who are about to make one of 4 equally cretinous individuals the leader of the second largest (by some miracle) party in Parliament. Every reason to carry on scrutinising, surely?

Looking at their track record on leader choices, I would suggest that either the Conservative Party membership have an exceptionally bad collective memory, or they inhabit a parallel universe to the rest of us where none of those cretinous actions can ever be attributed to their party. Good to remind them from time to time.
 
Thing is we already know how bent they are so don’t bother painting me a picture of Blue Sleaze.

I think that we all had suspicions that most politicians are bought in one way or another and that to me is where I get off the train.

As I have said already, most of these grubby ‘representatives’ of ours are awash with sleaze and our governance is broken in part because of it.

Now come on, those who say "they are all at it" get berated for stating the obvious.

We got told SKS was a paragon of virtue on that front, until he got caught in the trough with all the rest.

We get to choose those who are selected for us by the "grey suits" we don`t get a free choice from the menu we got a fixed price meal.

As for SKS it seems the game of "hide the sausage" will, eventually, come out super injunction or not.

Coincidentally he claimed for hotel accomodation on Valentines night for "members of the team".......... which may, or may not, have included his bit on the side with people already discussing his "family shape"............. he`s just a cheap Boris.

Roll on the budget - Gold is over £2k an ounce (CGT free), extension is nearly done, new car on the drive, solar at the end of the month, tax "efficient" plans in place for the nearest and dearest and decent tenants in place.

The lane and other parts of the village currently resembles a builders merchants with many folk doing the same/similar things.

Yuck Foo Ms Reeve folk know what is coming.
