Anyone going up by train for Saturday’s trip to Hillsborough....?
Its one of our local matches living in Lincoln so the train for us is the way to travel...!
There are trams that run from near the centre of Sheffield all the way to the ground stopping at Leppings Lane which takes 20 minutes.
Looking for places to eat and drink before the game there is a Wetherspoons called “The Bankers Draught’ in Fitzalan Square with a tram stop right outside (yellow line) that takes you straight to the staduim and only a short distance from the main Sheffield railway station although again there are trams that take you to Fitzalan Square from the train station.

Im currently in 2 minds on whether to get the train from Chester or to just drive. A Sheffield Wednesday fan at work has said it is a pain in the a**e getting from the station to the ground but if driving then you do generally have to park a fair way from the ground and there aren't many away friendly pubs near the ground.
