Was enjoying Baptiste playing well for Brentford and he just got himself sent off for two stupid yellows: one studs up challenge and one rugby tackle! Oxford got a mention in commentary as it’s only his second red, the first being for us.

Remember that game well. Already on a yellow, I think the whole stadium could see a red was inevitable if he wasn't withdrawn. Robinson left him on and, lo and behold, he got sent off. KR said after the game it was an important experience for Baptiste and that he would learn from it...

In the Brentford game the sub for Baptiste was warmed up and ready to go on, just waiting for the ball to go dead. It only went dead when Shandon tried to drag the man down by the shorts and got his second yellow.

Just seen that on motd, what a silly boy! Well done Brentford though, my new PL team. f**k me, could we do with someone like Toney. He has such a swagger, compare and contrast with some of our players.

He was such a good player for us. I used to go to matches and mostly watch him, he was nearly always the best player on the pitch - read the game so well, could tackle, pass, and scored some screamers too. Has popped his shoulder at least 3 times though I think - once they go they're always prone to it. Plus his knee troubles. A real shame as he is probably still very good if fit.

I was taken by this midfield player playing for Oxford that was by far the best player on.the pitch. That was Baptiste.

Mad that his goal for Luton last week was such a crappy finish, when you consider the belters he scored for us. A vital goal though and as vital as CB’s at Cardiff, if not quite the same quality!

A career with more stops than starts but you could see his huge talent in his spells playing for us.

His weak shot was on target so goes to him I think.

It was going in completely the other direction and was still a way out before the defender miss hit an easy clearance, seen own goals given that were nowhere near as clear cut as that.
