What is the official protocol for season ticket holders to give their ticket to someone else if they can’t attend that game? Is there a way to do it online?

Not currently, if you trust them, send them a picture of it is the best route at the moment

Not sure whether that’s a serious post, quite honestly. But if you had a physical season ticket last season, you didn’t need a new one for this season. It would have been automatically updated when you renewed your season ticket.
Tried using last year’s ticket but it was refused. Good job I took the new one with me.

Is the system clever enough to cancel my old ticket when I ordered the new one?

I imagine each card has it’s own QR code.

Yes. If you had kept the old card then it would have been updated for this season, but as you didn't it was superceded by your new one.

Still not received my ST (or my sons). Guess I'd better email the ticket office. Anyone else had their STs lost in the post?

Help please. been looking on the OWS for the opening times of the ticket office, can I find it, can I heck. So 9-5 except Wednesdays during the week on non-matchdays. Is that right?

The Oxford United Football Club's ticket office is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Wednesdays.

^^ Google Oxford United ticket office @Bitter , above is the result

It was published when ST info was released that kids would get their shirts by September.
Seems odd to only just get annoyed about it now?

It's not by September. It's at the start of their birthday month. So if your son turns 10 in May he gets his shirt, more than likely, after the season has completely finished.

Seems odd to me. It costs the club the same to give the child the shirt now as it does later in the season - but they can enjoy it for longer now.

It's like buying someone a ST in July but only giving it to them as a Christmas present so they've wasted half of it.

I've just read the email again for birthdays falling between June and September the shirts should be arriving shortly the e-mail date was the 6th September my lad turned 10 in June so hopefully here very soon as he is asking when will it arrive. After that the shirs will be sent at the beginning on each birthday month, also on the email that the season ticket packs have been delayed now should receive them in October.
I will wait until the end of month for my lads shirt before emailing the club

Bit weird how they are being sent out at the start of the child's Birthday month, What is their birthday is in May? That is the season over!

Am I being stupid ( probably) but how can they send the shirts out to children without the parents ordering them lol 😂 they would be no use if to small or to big 🤷‍♂️

They're for children for when they turn 10 so I guess the sizing will reflect this.
