See http://www.oxvox.org.uk/st2022-3/ for a brief report of our feedback and discussion with the club about the season ticket renewal announcements last month, as sent to OxVox members on May 20.
The key points are by now very familiar and have been debated at length on this forum, so in that sense we're not adding anything except to confirm the concerns identified and shared in our joint work with OUSP on this issue.
Perhaps the most positive outcome of the discussions is for the future. We believe there is now a greater appreciation on the part of the club that, for future seasons, consultation with OxVox and OUSP at an early stage ('early', from the OxVox point of view, we think should mean some months before the season's end) would help to ensure that issues are anticipated and potential problems resolved before announcements are made.
