Did anyone else have problems getting into the ground on Saturday?

My ticket wouldn't work and I had to visit the box office three times ~(and had to queue each time) before I could gain access. This took so long that I missed the goal!

The box office said the people at the gates are new and this was the problem.

My ST wouldn’t scan initially, but the guy on the turnstile said it was just because the cards are new. Gave the barcode a good polish and it then scanned just fine. Why did you have to keep going back repeatedly?

The scan was tried a couple of times and failed. I was issued with printed replacement tickets from the box office (twice), which failed to resolve the problem.

With every failure, I was forced to go back to the box office.

It doesn't help but mine was fine.
