Noticed in the Grant statement Scott Mitchell is now head of recruitment. Ed is now Football Operations. Thoughts? Anyone know anything about him?

Reports in Ipswich that we've appointed Scott Mitchell as Head of Recruitment. Presumably to report into Ed, whose new role is a wider remit.
