Ex-Player Thread Sade signs (U23)

Obviously we're all really keen to see the club sign some more senior players but fair play, the club/Tiger etc really seem to be very serious about progressing the Academy and U23 set up. It's excellent to see that the long term approach is being addressed properly.

Junior called this one on twitter a few days or so ago

'I never thought I'd see the day' we'd have an Israeli sign and he must be in 'paradise' to get the chance. Lets hope he tells his centre back partners that 'nothing can come between us'.

KR on signing Sade as an U23 player ... OM report.....

Very dodgy goings on IMO. But would we expect anything else from the previous manager?

Similar to Tsun Dai?
I had the signings of Ben Davis and Tsun Dai down as possibly being encouraged by ownership to increase our visibility abroad.

With Yoav Sade the motivation was a lot less clear. Didn't a poster ITK on here say we were helping him avoid a military draft in Israel? Although that wouldn't explain why we signed him in the first place.

It will all be lost to the merky world of the ultimate nepotist Karl Robinsoon.

I may be completely wrong on this but didn't Sade's family provide a lot of sponsorship to the club?

Did he ever play for anyone apart from us? I know he never got near our first team squad, but would be interested to hear if he went anywhere on loan (Witney, etc.) and actually played in their first team. And - did anyone ever see him play? Or train?!
