Robinson said in an interview that he doesn't know what he can say, which obviously means there is something he isn't saying; something more than we currently know. What that may be, well that's where speculation comes into it. It's hard for me to believe that Lego can play like he does, as often as he does, with an injury. He does everyone 100% - even the way he charged over against Rochdale to stick up for Hall! I could be wrong, I don't know, but I'd definitely be a bit surprised if it turns out to be true.

As a side note, I find it hard to believe that anyone who wants to be taken seriously could quote The Sun - The fecking Sun! - as a source of any kind. Taken to hacking fax machines, have they?!

Just to put a positive spin on the comment, just maybe there are ongoing discussions with regards to Ledson signing a new deal.

There are roumers that DJ will be leaving this summer, alongside of welsh. The fact that 2 midfielders could be on their way out (welsh is confirmed) tells me that we will be still interested in signing a midfielder. However, that might not be ledson.

Had a bit of an update today. It's not completely off yet, as our local reporter said on his live chat today, and apparently the clubs are still talking and have both got knee specialists to assess the situation and give their opinions.

Oxford want/need the money, PNE want/need the player, Ledson wants/needs the move. Everyone wants it to happen, hence why the underlying knee thing is being looked into heavily to see if there's a way round the impasse and the move can be completed.

I don’t think that journo has ever got anything right. He just picks up on what fans are saying and reports it as insideknowledge or fact. He’s been called out several times on it by Oufc fans. Instead of defending himself and his info he just blocks them

Two ideas of thought.
1. Less that the fans had hoped so keep it quiet, or
2. We don't wish to drive up the prices of potential signings by drawing attention to us just getting almost 1 million
