General Rob Hall progress 'report'

Says at the end he looks forward to getting out there, back in the yellow shirt again. I’m not sure we will see Rob Hall again in an Oxford shirt. His contract is up in the summer, will we offer him another deal? A fit Hsll is great but he has suffered his entire career with injuries it would be a gamble to offer him a new deal.

Time will tell. Still wish him the best recovery wherever he ends up!!!

would make sense
not that OUFC management and sense often share the same sentence :rolleyes::rolleyes:

He has to go. Even when fit his form is not consistent- may be one good game in 4? We have to be ruthless as a club and not renew his contract on any basis. We keep making the same mistake of signing players with injury problems. It’s baffling.
Bar a few players, and those on longer term contracts, the rest of the squad can go. Unfortunately we need to start again in the summer. This season, so far, has been so poor we need to stay up (obviously) and then a complete rebuild for next season.

Who do you trust for the rebuild?

Rebuild?

You mean release lots of players and start again, again, again?

Wouldn't it be better to build on the foundation we have?
