For me the jury is still out with Labour. They've been in charge for 15 months, and it will take time, and for now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. To be fair to Starmer and Reeves, part of the remit of being a world leader is you have to make unpopular decisions, make the odd U-turn, and although not great - tell the odd lie - otherwise nobody would get into number 10! They have a lot of work to do, and it's normal for any administration to get the crappy stuff out the way, then throw a few goodies to the public and raise their profile as soon as election time draws near.
Although ask me the same question again in 2-3 years and if things haven't improved, then I will be far less sympathetic.
