They're not really independent candidates. They're plants by Reform to make it look like a genuine contest which Farage is going to need if he's to continue sidetracking the morons with his whole "well if the people of Clacton think I've got nothing to answer for". It's laughable how little he thinks of them.

I don't think anybody looking on, bar a Reform nut/Party Official, will call it a serious contest. The Monster Raving Looney Party are really taking the p**s out of it with 3 candidates.

That’s what I thought. Might be the first time a candidate scores nil votes.
I watched a YouTube video earlier hosted by Rupert Lowe. He has offered Nigel Farage an olive branch to unite the right.

Has Lowe offered that to the 'Leader' of the British Democratic Party as well? :)

Didn’t know the BDP still existed. I recall their leader Ian Anderson was a leading member of the NF and was addressing students at the town hall. He got thrown off the stage and couldn’t carry on. Died some years ago and I thought the small right wing fascist party did too.

I only spotted them as they have a candidate in the list.

Wasn’t he also the front man of Jethro Tull 😀

I didn’t realise they still existed. They like so many splintered from BNP. There’s so many extreme right parties, if you can call them that. More like thuggish factions with a couple of henchman at the helm.

It's probably one of the many parties on the list created by Reform to try and make this election seem like a contest, rather than it being a straight run off between the joke candidate and Count Binface
