You'll have noted that I was one of the 20%?

That was because I felt sorry for you.
Me being technophobe / not reading it properly was thinking yes we should have an anthem. Just not that Blur one. So I was a yes but now it's a no. Sorry.
Back in December ' 83 we were singing United's started something in the Dolly in The Cornmarket when the DJ had Michael Jackson on. We were non stop for about 20 minutes. This was just after the famous Steve Biggins goal that beat Man United in the League Cup.

I think my favourite club song - as in a song made their own by fans is Ajax singing 3 little Birds

i don't think you can plan for that. it.started when Ajax were away at Cardiff and the fans couldn't leave the stadium at the end of the game and someone played the song over the PA

Something to run out to - I liked Sunderland using Prokoviev's Dance of the Knights.

Unforgettable and unique

The issue with the Sunderland music is that all I can think about is Charlie and his cringe worthy scene in ‘Sunderland till I die’!

EDM and Drum and Bass was 90s as well, so that part of your timeline doesn't work. Perhaps Sheeran and Adele for 35yo.

Ignoring I'm 52 (today 😁) and have said 2 Foals tracks from the 2010s, so spiritually in my 20s 🤣

It doesn't really matter what music we run out to when it's played out over the Kassam Stadiums £29.99 speakers from 2001

If there are any local musicians out there looking to remake an old classic I'd love to hear an Oxford version of this from a different (inferior) United.
