Staying at GR with Stadium Ownership, but not the land beneath it.

We would get £2-3million extra a season in gate receipts.
Additional advertising, naming rights.
No £500k-£1m yearly payment to FK for rent/service charge.
Additional income from conference rooms, other events.
All money from bars etc.
If we follow our current model of selling players then £2m-£4m a year made from player sales.
Its not crazy to think we could pay £2m, £3m or £4m a season towards the loan pretty easily.
Add in additional income should we reach the Championship, have a major cup run, sell a player for a huge fee, and paying it off in 10 to 15 years doesn't seem unrealistic.
And all the time Tiger and pals are earning additional money from the hotel, shops, flats, offices they build alongside it.
