Hi,
If any of you are in the Amersham/Chesham area over the next week or so and have a few hours to spare, then please consider popping along to the Little Theatre by the Park in Chesham to watch a fantastic production of "Pinocchio", starring Guy Siner of 'Allo 'Allo fame.
This isn't just the standard Panto fluff you see at the main theatres, with 'stars' just going through the motions, this is a thoroughly professional, and fantastical, production, embracing the darker side of the original story. IT also features a Pinocchio puppet made by the same team that worked on WarHorse, alogn with Oxford Fan and Blogger Liam Wakefield as Jiminy Cricket, and mini-Mooro as Lampwick. one of the children
The website for details and tickets is www.voiceoftheshow.co.uk and there are shows every day up to the 30th December, except Weds 20th and Christmas Day - although some have already sold out. (Liam is in all performances, & Mooro Jr those on 21st, 23rd, 26th, 28th & 30th).
