Ex-Staff Pep Clotet

[The Voice Of Reason]

It's made the sun now

The player did bloody well to not react to that.

If the player had lamped Clotet he would've been made our number 1 January target!

For forum membership, definitely

It's amazing how far a funky Spanish name will get you isn't it? A absolute fraud.

Exactly! Probably wouldn't have got the jobs he has if he was Robert Martin.

[Paul Cannell]

He should be fired immediately. What jobs out there wouldn’t fire a manager that physically publically assaulted a staff member out of frustration?

BBC. Didn't fire Clarkson when he punched a producer in the gob because there wasn't any hot food.

I thought they did? Isn't that what cost him the top gear gig?

They didn't technically fire him but effectively did as they didn't renew his contract.

He won the FA Cup with Wigan. He's earned the right to now be paid far too much for little real output.

Worked out fairly well for him in the long run, guessing Amazon pays better than the BBC.

He has a net worth of £55.8 million so I’m not sure he loses much worth over not having his BBC contract renewed.

Yeah but who wants to be a millionaire?

"Pep Clotet. Don't want to say too much about that one " - Easty just now on Rad Ox haha. They mentioned the last time Ox won their first away game in the league season was Oldham away in 2017 under Clotet, when Easty was in goal.

I did chuckle at that.

Sad to hear Eastwood going after a club legend like Pep Clotet.
