I think claiming "Assessment of the state of the Priory pub : an inspection resulting in the conclusion that extensive work would be required to restore the Priory to a usable condition. " as a project or activity the trust has done in the last year may be over-egging the pudding. Has the trust contacted Nathan Briant, English Heritage (whotever they call themselves) or Oxford Preservation? What's Firoka said to the trust?

Being a Mac, it probably had to go back to Apple for an 'authorised repair' for £200...
