Just for clarification this occ election makes little difference to the stadium

Oxford United are delighted to confirm it has signed a legally binding lease option with Oxfordshire County Council for land known as The Triangle, as well as completing a community collaboration agreement.

LD now have overall control of OCC - they no longer have to rely on the Greens to pass anything. Remember, it was the coalesced OCC that got things to where we are today iro the stadium, so I can't see any reason to fear their success.

Thanks for posting this as I was just about to do the same.

I know there is a couple of lib dems especially local to Kidlington that have came out not in favour but the majority of Lib Dems do not want the club to die and understand the importance.

The fact the greens have lost ground in Cherwell is massive.
