Decent, deserved , resiliant 2-1 win after going 0-1 down in first half to a pen- nicked a late, late winner in time added, deep in time added, after equalising around 85 mins- Plymouth down to 10 women after a red card in 2nd half

well done Yellow Roses

Very entertaining game between two very good teams and an excellent antidote to yesterday's match.

The game was apparently with £35,000 to the team and the big guns join tomorrow's draw for the fourth round

Supporting the ladies is definitely a good thing, especially since Liam Gilbert has returned. It is generally good entertaining football. Take it at face value without pre-judgements and you will likely come away feeling better than a mens game at the moment.
Tickets are decent value, with discounts if you are a mens season ticket holder. Court Place Farm has a good bar, and good food from Burnout BBQ. If you have kids the players are also really accessible after the game for photos/autographs etc.

It would be great to get more people to games, especially the ultras and those prepared to make a noise and create an atmosphere. It's an entertaining, winning team representing the club badge - what's not to like?

Tickets for the Middlesborough game are not on sale yet, but will be available from https://www.eticketing.co.uk/oxfordunited/Events?preFilter=16&preFilterName=OUFC Women's Games (League games are already on sale for rest of season). I will update when Cup tickets are on sale.
Note when buying tickets the Ticketmaster site makes it seem like you are buying a specific seat, or area of the ground - select anything, its just the way the site works, the tickets are open. And if you are a mens season ticket holder choose that option not the adult option to get discount (there are also a bunch of other concessionary tickets in the list to choose from).

What a game. Excellent atmosphere too. Middlesbrough did well first half with relentless pressing, but were evidently tired in the second as Oxford took over. An error made it 1-0 to them, but would have been a travesty had it remained that way. The pressure told in the end.
What was the crowd?
Were the club officials and any mens players there ?
