1-0 Oxford after 7 mins. No.9 with a good finish after a good through ball by Goodrham (I think no.7). Almost identical to a chance a minute before that was saved.

apparently, for legal reasons, the names of U18 players cant be divulged , as there may be minors featuring in either team? .... hence no team sheet in the public domain...... cheers for the scorer info @thegrumpyporter

it isnt easy for sure, agree with you re squad numbers .... had similar 'issues' identifying our players at the few U18s matches I got to watch last season

Yes and their photos are out of date two minaaftwr they are taken. These young men change so quickly.

Thought FG game into it more last twenty minutes, can't decide whether we're sitting back or they are pushing, they have had the slope and probably got more used to using it

Yes, great play by the left back (no.3) to set it up. Fabio Sole looks a decent talent based on this game, looks reminiscent of Cameron Brannagan in style of footballer.

They have definitely missed some good chances though.

possibly .... he maybe on the bench at Fleetwood? ... though if Agyei and Baptiste are fit (enough) I'd think theyd both get the nod ahead of him .... even with Woodburn (& Sykes) on International duty

Entertaining game as both teams went at it. Even 1st half. But Oxford by far the better team in the 2nd although FG did have a few chances of their own.

Agree the stand outs for Oxford were Sole and Goodrham. The Forest Green no.36 was their stand out player for me.
