Pretty sure I read the option to buy was about £600k. Strange signing at the time for us and didn’t offer much, hopefully he does better there and we recoup some money.
 
Another player we haven’t actually got rid of. We’ll still be paying for him to some extent.

That’s why we ended up with such a bloated squad and have the likes of Kioso and Sibley still around.

At least Romney’s contract isn’t as long so we don’t need to loan him out for three season long loans.

It’s lucky we do still have Kioso and Sibley, we’ll have to build a team around them

Romeny’s wages of £10k/ week are being paid 100% by the club we have loaned him to , so will not cost us a penny as far as wages are concerned

Is that’s the case, carry on. It’s the sort of loan out of the club I can get on board with.

£10k per week for one goal in a defeat and a missed open goal v Stoke. Jeez.

How was he even allowed such space to run jog in to, and not tracked as he moved into the box? There are very few times I genuinely believe I could have scored a professional goal, but with that defensive performance, I reckon I could have done that. He didn't even need to break a sweat.

It was a pre-season game against a team from Cyprus, which probably goes some way to explain things.
