hasnt their (desperate- and false) concern for imaginary bats already been discounted and debunked as false earlier in the planning process? - the only place rare bats will need protection is on Stratfield Brake nature reserve, protection from exposure to KPCs own annual firework display, fireworks endorsed by KPC green councillors, plus KPCs firework display is supported ,and advertised, by FoSB.

FoSB really do seem to have bats in their belfry, they are hypocrites too

From a very quick skim, this is a predictable attempt to persuade CDC that it is not enough to commission and consider expert (and independent) ecology reports. If FoSB say that in their view there is any evidence of a negative impact on bats or potential bat habitation (regardless of possible mitigation or quality of evidence), then their view should be favoured and the application should be rejected.

It's predictable and an example of exactly the sort of phoney environmental and ecological concern the current government is asking planners to move beyond.

FoSB weren't remotely interested in bats before the stadium plans and they aren't now.

1) what was there before their homes were built? Fields, that's what. With nature living in them.

2) the fact that nature adapts. Bats aren't stupid, they will find somewhere else to have a habitat. It's happened for thousands and thousands of years.

Yes I know ,I swear it's a who's,who of Oxford fans on there. Some very long time , well known face's coupled with a lot of naive young supporters & arm chair supporter's. I read some of the threads & they're unbelievable.
It's like it's been infiltrated by FOSB or the Scum, from both the borders of our county..

Has Angela Raynor/Parliament made this law yet or not?.

I'm sure our new ECO stadium will be a good location for some strategically placed bat boxes, which may even improve numbers and conditions for bats.

When you consider the amount of bat rehoming that has been put in place for HS2, this is a none issue, even for a project of this size.

Things can be done to minimise the impact and actually improve their eco system.

Not sure who runs the Oxford United Fans Page but could somebody from Oxvox or OUSP (@Scotchegg ) please have a serious word with them.
If they are true fans they should be posting only positive posts and shooting down any objectors.
This is doing us damage because our real enemies can point to pages like this and the “Kassam Deal” a few days ago and rightly say Eve OUFC fans aren’t sure what they want.

What form of hockey as well? Field hockey pitches are around the size of a football pitch but ice hockey pitches (rinks? @SwissYellow you'll know) are much smaller.
