It'll be in the top free of well connected by public transport stadiums in the country!
It's a ridiculous claim.

We're currently the furthest, of the 92 clubs in the top 4 divisions, from a train/tube/tram station/stop.

The Triangle would put us second closest.

It's a huge positive aspect of the proposal.

EDIT: The closest stadium to the Kassam is actually Radley Station, which is about half a mile closer than Oxford Station.

"My name is Ian Dickius Middletus, commander of the Green Independent Alliance, General of Kidlingtonium, East Division, loyal servant to FoSB. Wearer of a Purple Shirt, husband to a Green wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next (via a strongly worded scroll to the Acta Diurna)"

The closest is Wrexham I think? It's literally next to Wrexham General station

Please do not rise to the bate of this councillor. We are so close to achieving a planning approval, any chance the anti stadium groups get to rile the fans, they will take. Stay Calm and resist any of his windups, don’t give him any ammunition to make their views of football supporters be a reality.

Constructive discussion should be acceptable, I do agree we should leave it at that though, we will have the last laugh when it’s built & ill have great pleasure in rubbing it in his face.

there'll be a queue stretching from the breeze block to the triangle of those wishing to do exactly that

What has the Sandy Lane crossing got to do with the stadium bid ( apart from its close to one of the green councillors two houses)?
It is deemed sensitive to the rail network and the Yarnton Lane one) - and it can be used as a cut-through from the A44 to Kidlington. Because the development "could" cause more traffic through the crossings the traffic plan has to address discouraging that.

Wasn't Middleton trying to close that crossing so he could have his personal cul de sac?
