You can bet at a secret location in Brackley there’s a meeting going on, with residents of Yarnton and North Oxford, to try and stop a football ground on the outskirts of Kidlington, on an unused triangular piece of land that no one barely knew about or had any interest in until fairly recently.
The main purpose of the meeting is to conjure up a new cunning plan to stop the tens of thousands of Oxfordshire residents who like to enjoy professional football in the county on just over 20 occasions a season from having their hour and a half of pleasure in singing and shouting at men dressed in black.
Also to prevent future generations from ever having the opportunity to support a local side, when in reality they could support a team from Manchester, Liverpool, London etc… After all that would acceptable as long as it’s not in the backyard of a few very very selfish individuals.

Thanks to FoSB almost every opposition comment on the planning portal contains the lie that the club can stay at the Kassam Sadium if it wanted. That's not going to look very convincing when the planning offer takes them into consideradion.

If you rent a house and are told that you are being evicted in January so you need a new house, if you manage to get an extension till June you are still being evicted and need a new house, you have just managed to get yourself a bit more time to sort yourself out.

An actual statement from the stadium company saying we have to leave with the date we have to leave by, the proof that they have been asking for, and they claim it’s not enough and something might come up.

Nothing will ever be good enough as they just don’t want a football stadium near them, that’s not a reason to turn it down though so they have nothing.
