Official Teamwear New Shirt 26/27

also my hot take: the sash kit of 19/20 was overrated.
Get out!

It's my favourite ever away shirt of ours, but given then last time we wore it... it is tinged with a bit of regret too.

Saw lots of people wearing replicas of the 96 England away kit this summer which also is a bit bittersweet to be reminded of too!

That's the thing with wearing old shirts. They carry memories and emotions, good and bad. Imagine I'll be wearing last year's black away shirt a fair amount this season. High hopes when bought 😢

Does anyone know if they have numbers & letters in the shop for personalisation? If so can someone tell me what number Harry Bradney is please.

I am interpreting the coloured detailing on the shorts as a cheeky reference to our future home. If they came with pockets I would buy a pair.

Would be nicer if the badge matched the home shirt, but overall they have done well.

Launch video is a good and different to the usual club releases.

We just need to sell about 2m of them and lift the embargo…..

I was watching Liverpool v Leeds the other night and I really liked the Leeds shirt for this season. But our away one absolutely smashes it !

Definitely getting one.

Well I'm buying 3 for me and my kids so only another 1999997 to go.

surprised nobody hasn't mentioned Benson yet with the colour. I like it but I think we're overdue navy/yellow, my favourite away kit combo.
White kit is the Ghost of KR Fave Past 👻

White is our 2nd most worn shirt colour (or 3rd, if you want to differentiate between Yellow and Gold) since we rechristened ourselves Oxford United in 1960:

(I had a client cancel a meeting, so I had an hour to kill. All figures accurate to the competitive matches recorded on oxfordkits.com)

EDIT - In this list, I classified the 93/94 deckchair kit as red even though it arguably has an even amount of blue and white in it, given that colour stands out the most, and the shorts and socks are also red.

That is top work.

The lines on the torso and the lines on the sleeves not lining up really annoys me and looks a bit shoddy

As creative as the video is, I wouldn't actually mind seeing a player wearing the full kit, so you can actually see it in context. Otherwise it's hard to judge it on it's merits as a footballer shirt design. First reaction is a no from me, but that may change completely once seen properly.*

The narrow yellow and blue piping reminds me of the silver/white 01/02 away kit:

*EDIT - Now I've seen the "closer look" video (above) I can appreciate the shirt itself a bit more.

About the last shirt I bought.... although there is something about this new one......
