Get out!also my hot take: the sash kit of 19/20 was overrated.
Heresy!!also my hot take: the sash kit of 19/20 was overrated.
That's the thing with wearing old shirts. They carry memories and emotions, good and bad. Imagine I'll be wearing last year's black away shirt a fair amount this season. High hopes when boughtGet out!
It's my favourite ever away shirt of ours, but given then last time we wore it... it is tinged with a bit of regret too.
Saw lots of people wearing replicas of the 96 England away kit this summer which also is a bit bittersweet to be reminded of too!
Neither is Mrs E.Not sure that close-up video has helped...not a fan of "ribbed"
Presumably they would have preferred Pony rather than Macron.Foals appear to approve
Nooooooooooooooooalso my hot take: the sash kit of 19/20 was overrated.
In a forum full of terrible opinions, I think you may have just won.also my hot take: the sash kit of 19/20 was overrated.
Would be nicer if the badge matched the home shirt, but overall they have done well.
Launch video is a good and different to the usual club releases.
We just need to sell about 2m of them and lift the embargo…..
White kit is the Ghost of KR Fave Pastsurprised nobody hasn't mentioned Benson yet with the colour. I like it but I think we're overdue navy/yellow, my favourite away kit combo.
Help me out guys. Can't find the tutu anywhere on the merch site![]()
Except we do it better

White is our 2nd most worn shirt colour (or 3rd, if you want to differentiate between Yellow and Gold) since we joined the League in 1960 and rechristened ourselves Oxford United:

(I had a client cancel a meeting, so I had an hour to kill. All figures accurate to the competitive matches recorded on oxfordkits.com)
A bit like a checked or herringbone jacket, things lining up is usually a sign of good tailoring. The lines on the torso and the lines on the sleeves not lining up really annoys me and looks a bit shoddy

The full kit model on there gives a good overview of the kit as a wholeFirst impression is that it's half decent, but won't know for sure until @oxfordkits advises me what to think!
As creative as the video is, I wouldn't actually mind seeing a player wearing the full kit, so you can actually see it in context. Otherwise it's hard to judge it on it's merits as a footballer shirt design. First reaction is a no from me, but that may change completely once seen properly.*
The narrow yellow and blue piping reminds me of the silver/white 01/02 away kit:

*EDIT - Now I've seen the "closer look" video (above) I can appreciate the shirt itself a bit more.
