This is from Tigers long term plan, just wish he was better at communicating it to us. he has invested a lot in the youth side and its important we get that structure right. Now, i agree we need to better improve our first team recruitment with scouting and someone who can get deals over the line.

That seems a huge commitment. Somebody suggested that there seems to be money for signing young players (Whyte, Sykes, Brannagan, Dickie) and the U23s/ academy but not for the day to day running of the club
Whatever the situation re the tax large amounts of money us clearly going into the Academy ( Which is great for a supporter in my view)
I wonder if there is a slight disappointment that other than Baptiste and Whyte nobody from the U23s has really threatened to make a breakthrough into what is a pretty threadbare first team squad?

I suspect the benefit of the U23s will properly show with the young pros from our Academy like Spasov, Elechi, James etc. They will then be bolstered by a few (hopefully quality) additions rather than wholesale additions we've had in setting the U23s up.

Bradbury has also shown something but he does obviously need to kick on whilst at Woking.

Bradbury, Little, Stevens, Berry Hargreaves (?) Need to kick on quickly.

Tiger seems to be putting more effort into the youth teams than the first team, if and it’s a big if, we can stay up, I hope some of these lads make the break into the first team. All of a sudden the future would look a lot brighter.nothing better than singing ‘he’s one of our own ‘.
