New Era - Old Recruitment please

"The Premier League academies are bloated with talented youngsters who will never see a Premier League pitch... we need to take advantage."

One challenge here is that these talented youngsters are already on a fair wedge, making it difficult to attract them to drop down the leagues.

Whispers of Kane on £10k per week on here? Even on half that he's well out of our range. From a financial perspective, makes sense to play for a PL u23 team until your contract expires and go from there.

Due to the ever increasing revenues, the youngsters inflated wages are still small change for the PL big boys. I would say the Lundstroms and Ledsons are not such a common breed. Perhaps the Scottish leagues contain more untapped value these days?
