Robbo idolises Liverpool, especially the era when he was a kid. The Boot Room was the foundations of their success with Shankley, Paisley, Fagan, Dalglish and Evans, and it feels like he is trying to create something here to replicate that.

Mous is well respected by the players and would appear to be a natural successor. I also wouldn't be surprised to see other players start to take on more coaching responsibilities in time. Sam Baldock maybe has that in mind, and I could see Sam Long and Cam as future managers one day too.
