It's a mix of the Covid vaccine and 5G.

It's a spammer using different user names, e-mail, and IP address. We get anything from 10 to 15 spammers a day but they all get blocked. Except that one because he appears to have a brain and changes his info every time he joins.
Mind you if you can read Chinese and are looking for a university place in the USA his ads could help you.
Just ignore him, we'll deal with it. Just probably cannot stop him permanently.
