Blimey, Lewington retained and will be 40 next season. I wonder if he’ll get to 1,000 career appearances? I think he has most the league appearances for any one club. Just a shame it had to be for these s**t-bags.

What's happened to Eisa lately? I remember when he 'burst onto the scene's against us in the League Cup for Cheltenham. From a big money Peterborough goal-getter to released from L2 in a few years.

I was talking to someone who watches MK regularly because they're local rather than a fan. They said that Lewis Bate had been very good for them this season. For me he fell into the "good, but not consistently good enough" category that every CM other than Brannagan has been for us over a number of years. Only 21 and appears to be out of contract at Leeds, but maybe someone that we'd look to bring in for the long term?

I watch alot of football and watched MK a few times last season and in both play off semi finals (on the TV by the way) and in my opinion Bate is no where near Championship level. We may have been interested if we were still in League one but not now we are in the Championship. That Leonard was way more promising at Northampton last season.

It's not even lately, he's not done much for a while. Generally scrapes double figures but nothing spectacular. Sometimes you get players who have one excellent season and their name sticks around as a top player for a long time after. See also: Marriott, Jack.
