Apparently I’m on starting match day thread duty again (after a gentle nudge from ESB)

However please be patient, I now have a shed load of pre match day thread superstitions and rituals to complete before I can even start to think about it, one of which is that the official match day thread must not start more than 24 hours before the start of the match.
