so you pay each way? What if more people went to return back? Those that got the bus to the stadium might not get back?!
If you get a return you're supposed to be prioritised over those just travelling back. Never seen it happen on the Bicester bus, but would be interested to know if it's happened on others.

Just in case anyone missed it, for those who take the OX3 (and now OX4) bus, these will leave earlier than previously.
Final timetable not yet published, but these should be five minutes earlier.

Good to know Callum, a pity the OX3 and OX4 buses cannot leave at least 15 minutes earlier than previous seasons though to allow for usual heavy traffic now we are getting 11,500 home gates.

Anyone know when the timetable for the OX3 or OX4 is being put on pulhams website as its getting a bit close now and apparently if anyone gets the OX4 there are 3 mile tailbacks between burford and witney due to roadworks to the 19th august.

Just saw on Facebook there's this service from Wantage.
The SLO is looking for volunteers to contact him to help monitor capacity and stop times.

Did everyone get on the OX5 at the Park and Ride? Seemed like enough people to fill a bus on their own.

I was considering this for the first time this weekend. Does anyone have recent experience of the OX2 from/to Didcot and how busy the return trip is - is there any risk of not getting on? We're in the back of the North Stand so likely last to get to the bus stop

Yeah, everyone always gets on.

The only issue with the OX5 from the park and ride can be during December when its full with Bicester Village customers. There was a game in the run up to Xmas last year when I couldn't get parked there so couldn't get the bus.

Hopefully something will be put in place this year.

OX2 does get busy however I've never had an issue getting on after games but sometimes it's standing room only, usually this is only for a short time and once it's stopped off at the boundary house it's half empty

I can say we were given a timetable on the Witney/Carterton buses for the Sunderland game so that route is definitely running, assume the rest are too. Basicaly running 1 hour earlier than usual to cope with a 2pm ko

Like assuming the club would put something on the website..... people like to plan in advance
They have put something on the website, hidden away within the Norwich City preview:

Football Special Buses

The OX1 now departs earlier for all stops between Wantage and Abingdon for all matches starting for Tuesday's game against Norwich City. Click HERE to head to the Bus Company website and enter the date of the match to bring up the appropriate timetable.

Alternatively, click HERE for information on all Football Special Buses (OX1-OX8). Again, enter the date of the match to bring up the appropriate timetable.

Football Special buses will also be operating for the FA Cup match against Sunderland on Sunday.

I decided to catch the football bus from Kidlington for the first time last night.
It's got one objective to leave at one specific time there & back.
How the hell can the bus be 20 minutes late???
I nearly gave up & was prepared for the horrible 2 bus journey.. first impressions poor......🤷🏻‍♂️

Think there were problems on buses last night a few people in The Blackbird were moaning about delays, seemed they were heading into town but struggling to get out.

As the A34 is closed at milton interchange this weekend will the buses be running any earlier as there will be horrendous traffic delays and lots of diversions, have e-mailed the club and pulhams about the OX3 and OX4 but no response as of yet.
