Fatty McCheat claims Gillingham have the smallest budget in L1, although I smell the usual BS that generally emanates from his direction considering Rochdale/Accrington etc. If the Swindon takeover happens then I could see him going there as like Swindon usually do after financial trouble, they'll throw money at it and start the cycle again. If the takeover doesn't go through soon enough then it won't happen. I also think this is McCheat using Swindon to get a better deal or budget at Gillingham.
