Lovely to see the word ‘asinine’ on the forum.
Well just remember that this is the forum that brought up SchrĂśdinger's cat when Chris Maguire was reported in two consecutive editions of The Fail as being both on and not on the plane to pre-season training.
And which referenced Allessandro Manzoni's 'First Anointer' when Covid hit.
We do have certain standards here.

You don’t get that on the Millwall forum

International dates have nothing to do with the EFL though.

Always been fixtures in June hasn’t there? Even in non tournament years you get a couple.
Maybe.
My point is that he has not played for nearly 4 weeks and presumably has been on.holiday.
Being called up for International games maybe isn't good for the player or Wales?

Maybe these days players keep in shape for an extra month in case they are called up?

I should imagine a lot of them get told early, but they still go on holiday in between I should think.

Hard to know what else FIFA could do though, really.

Premier League didn't finish until last weekend, so the international window couldn't start until now.

And there's a bunch of teams that still have eight games of World Cup qualifying to get through before the end of the calendar year, so they need all four windows to fit them in (this one, September, October & November).

There are many, many occasions where they are a corrupt money-grabbing disgrace (see, for example, the Club World Cup). Having a June international window in non-tournament years? Not sure that's one of them.

Teams like Wales and Northern Ireland just get a bit screwed by it because most of their players play in the EFL that's been off for the best part of a month already.

I’m pretty sure the commentators tried to pin some blame on him for the last goal - too far up the field, left players unmarked.

Yes, he decided to press rather than hold a defensive position. There was no one picking up the player who had moved forward for Belgium.

It allowed Tielemens to cross and De Bruyne to volley in. A preventable goal as it could have been cut off at three points of which Harris was one of them.

He clearly expected others to come out to cover the options as well, you could see that from his body language.

I'd criticise Harris for a lot but not for failing to mark two players at once. Who's to say if he'd not pressed and the cross had coming in earlier resulting in a goal that blame would have also been put on Harris for not closing down the first man?

Harris had a very good 2nd half
Wouldn’t listen to the co comentatess, said he done well then didn’t know when to keep her tongue from wagging, and talking nonsenses. Others tired and non reactive the cause of the 4th.
Moments earlier she said Wales asking for a corner, when it should be Belgium’s. Then on the replay had to say that should have been a Wales goalkick.

They also kept saying Kevin de Bruyn without the e sound at the end.
