League Two Macc deducted points for failing to fulfill fixture

Perhaps they should have used the same legal team Bolton used...
So summarising the recent EFL sanctions:
Going into Administration: No penalty (Blackpool) or: -12 points (Bolton) or: Expulsion from the league (Bury).
Failing to pay wages and failing to fulfill a fixture: No penalty (Bolton) or: -6 points (Macclesfield).
No consistency, no fairness.
Surely even Macclesfield, with no money, could hire a no win, no fee solicitor to overturn this ruling.
The EFL must've left themselves open to all manner of future legal challenges, how can they be so incompetent?

It just shows if you’re an ex prem team the EFL will let you get away with anything just to keep you happy but an ex non league team well the EFL couldn’t care less ridiculous how they can treat teams differently just on there size

Macclesfield are saying tomorrow's game against Plymouth is going ahead despite a statement from the EFL saying it's postponed!
