Championship Lord CJ "Chips" Wilder

He's come a long way from hiding in his office at the stadium to get a move to Northampton...

You can’t argue with the facts, he’s had success everywhere he’s been and now he has got the club he supports and loves into the premier league.
An excellent manager

And to think we all pinched ourselves not unreasonably when Mickey Lewis said he was a very good manager ...now they're at opp. ends of the footy ladder...we all go again!

Chris Wilder left Oxford in January 14th for Northampton and managed to keep the Cobblers in L2
after they were bottom when he was appointed.

He has since achieved three promotions in five seasons.

His win rate is more than 50% as a manager.

55% I think I saw somewhere. Astounding.

Blades mathematically promoted .... after dirty Leeds fail to beat 10 man Villa at Elland road, and with 8 minutes time added played too ..FT Leeds 1 Villa 1

probably play each other in the playoffs Leeds n Villa?

Like him or not, what he has achieved is extraordinary.
What would he gave achieved had Lenagan kept his word?

agreed

though he'd,(old Chippy) managed to alienate most of OUFC fan base before his eventual departure

Villa vs West Brom in the semis
Leeds would be playing Derby at the minute, but that last spot is yet to be decided.

Leeds allowed Villa to equalise after they'd scored when a player was injured and Villa expected Tyler Roberts to kick the ball out. Well done to Wilder, he turned us around, did the same at Northampton, and now he's a Premier League manager. His win percentage is going to take a bit of a hit next season though!
