As far as I know, OUTV only is for league games, and so this game won't be available. Your best bet (as is mine, as I'm also outside the UK) is to watch on fawanews.sc. Games scheduled (such as those on Sky) appear a few minutes before the game starts. I'm able to watch with little problem; if the game "freezes" just hit the reset bar, as it tells you to do. I also use a VPN (Surfshark works very well, in my opinion), and sometimes it's necessary to "go to" Italy (if there's an embargo on games being shown in your country).
 
The Hamilton Hall at Liverpool Street always used to be the go to for Oxford fans when in this part of London. Never any issues of being close to the ground and being turned away

Depends on whether the match is being televised on any channel in the country you will be in. In which case, I hear Italy, Spain, and Belgium tend to be reliable... ahem... destinations.

True. I've already made my excuses for not going to Stevenage (£26 for an over-65 ticket is taking the p**s and makes it unaffordable for me)

I certainly didn't mean my comment to come across like that. Of course there are lots of people who can't get to matches, or simply don't want to. If that wasn't the case we would have 20,000+ people trying to get to every game.

My slight surprise was that more people weren't interested in what will probably be one of the cheapest and easiest to get to (by public transport) away games of the season, on a summer Saturday in London, for a game which will be the first under a new manager and the first since the embargo news has hit the fan. I absolutely pick and choose my games, but I'll be there on Saturday with proverbial popcorn in hand looking for clues as to how this fascinating season might pan out...

I agree with you, I also pick and choose games but maybe its, as well as being summer school holidays, just a sign of how far the league cup and cup football in general has fallen, this is a week later and a league game then its sold out to season ticket holders. But personally can't wait.

Dunno, I guess at some point they need to let various people like police, security, transport, catering etc of rough final numbers?

We used to have walk-ups on the day all the time in the past, how did clubs cope then? If that is the excuse, it's a pretty poor one.

But you are probably right with that.
 
Wonder what the total crowd will be for this? Doesn't seem much interest on either of their forums, with only one of them having a thread on it, that having only 8 posts and the one crowd prediction being being 2,500, so maybe us taking nearly a 1000 isn't bad.

On the other hand 9000 Pompey going to West Ham, meaning I am avoiding Waterloo/London Bridge like the plague tomorrow as even the slight diversion I have to take is more enjoyable than being stuck with that lot. I suppose we would have taken a lot more had we got the glamour draw of the round.

The West Ham/Spurs element of their 'support' only come out when they're about to win promotion and are given 5k away tickets up the road.

2,500 is a good crowd for Leyton Orient.

With West Ham and Spurs having big grounds now that must really hurt Leyton Orient, easier to get tickets to their real teams.
