What I was really pleased about is that when we were 1 up we didn't sit back and defend like under Rowett and Bloomfield. We took the game to Leicester and absolutely battered them. A fantastic display by everyone.

Had the bittersweet experience of sitting in the Leicester end for this one with my mate. Never been more jealous of the travelling yellows, so near and yet so far! Had to hold my tongue all afternoon.
Vibes in the home end were very telling, club seems rotten from the board to the players to the fans.
By contrast what a day for the U’s, Missanga is the business, thrilled for McDonnell and an afternoon to remember for Harris, chap literally scored a goal with his hand.

Have had to have a deep breath and lay down to reflect on that.

1. When the ball was there to be won, we did well…quite aggressive and turned it over.
2. Brave in and out of possession. Got our rewards.
3. Had to execute our chances with quality, composure and precision. We did that.

Bring it on. The narrative from the Leicester commentators today was that Leicester were not at the races, but that we looked a serious unit.
