EPL Leicester City Sack Steve Cooper

Very short term appointment, had no credit in the bank so when they struggled, as nearly all promoted championship clubs do, he was always going to be up against it.

The fact he was sacked the day after a home loss to Chelsea sums up the decision.
He'll be snapped up well before end of season.

I think this next appointment will be a firefighter until the end of the season - Moyes maybe. Not sure they’re in a position to indulge in a modern thinking manager wanting to alter the whole culture of the club mid season.

What's Big Sam up to this days?

Not sure they will appoint a stopgap. These are the types of deluded idiots who would go for the likes of Mourinho or Southgate.

Aren't these the same owners who have taken Leicester to a premier league title and FA Cup winners plus into the knockout rounds of the champions league for the only time in their history? Might be a knee jerk sacking but they have had unprecedented success under this ownership, so deluded idiots is probably going a bit far.

nothing in their history suggests that.

The sacking is more to do with the dressing room than the results (though the Dyche'esque reluctance to attack hasn't helped fan mood either), if he had the backing of the squad (especially with some of the big "personalities" in it) then there would be patience.

Yes for the FA Cup. Kinda for the Premier League. They lost their Chairman in 2018 in the helicopter crash but there is some continuity on the board.
