Is legendary OUFC winger Colin 'flash' Harrington, who was part of the OUFC 1960's squad that rose from non league to old division 2 (now the championship) in 7 seasons, set to be honoured?

Harrington was my favourite player, speed was his thing but he didn't know how to stop !! It was common knowledge back then that the stewards had to hold the stand gates open as he flew past them and on to the London Road - sometimes he even had the ball with him !!!!!
