League Two League 2 This Season

What a great promotion race it is looking like in league 2 this season! 2nd - 6th place all on 37 points and then only 3 points behind are Bradford in 10th!
Walsall seem to be running away with it which shows sometimes the board are right to stick with the manager as most Walsall fans wanted Sadler gone last season.

I think that Walsall have a couple if very good loan signings- a risk that if they lose them in the transfer window , their performances could go downwards.
As you say, a very tight table though
You would that clubs would see that having a player on loan who is in a promotion race in league 2 is better than loaning them to a mid table team in league 1.
If you have a player who has helped a team get promoted, it is more valuable than one that is in a team just treading water.

Nathan Lowe is a youngster who has scored 13 goals in 20 games.
Some discussion that Stoke may recall him and have a look at him. That is quite possible with a new manager.

Looks like Wycombe are dropping form in recent games in League 1 as well. Three draws and a defeat in their last six.

They were never going to keep up with Birmingham City, only one place that title is going but it’s looking an interesting 3 way battle for the second spot, I fancy Huddersfield to get it. Then those play offs are anyone’s.

See the people of High Wycombe are thrilled by what is probably the most exciting season in their history, averaging 5,000 at home including some big away followings already.
