League 2 final games

So, while I am on the last day of my Portuguese holiday, I am following the final day in L2.

Mansfield and Lincoln are losing, Mansfield could still leap above them into a playoff spot.

Got me thinking. If they remain in L2, are they more or less likely to try and sign Hemmings?
