The Designer of that kit once drove over a top leaving a tyre mark on it and thought this was a good idea. Then they followed the theme for the shorts but somehow failed at that.

Crewe have a challenger to worst kit so far.

It has been a poor start so far for kits with this, Crewe and Burton. I'm just hoping ours is run of the mill if this is the direction they are going!
