Hope you don’t mind me making a thread for Kyran but thought i’d keep up to speed on his loan with City

An absolutely superb debut from the lad in a bizarre 6-2 win at Chelmsford this afternoon , causing problems all afternoon playing on the right of midfield , he broke away in the second half to grab a goal for himself and was unlucky not to add a second after a long winding run at the Chelmsford defence

Looks a cracking little player and hopefully we can aid his development whilst he can add some much needed pace to our side, good to see Chrissy Allen and Melville watching on also

Cheers for that. Only mentioned a few days back that a loan was needed for his future development and a move and regular football whilst training with Ox U would be very beneficial for the lad.

He along with Nico, were the stars of the 18’s last season. In the second half of the season he kicked on bigtime and added goals to his all round game. Sounds like you played him on his best position. One which he can create and roam and cause big problems.

Can see him and a few others having big futures with us which will be hugely supplemented by a loan or two down the football pyramid(s)

Hopefully catch a game or two whist he’s playing at Ox C

Pleased to hear he got off to a good start to his months loan ....as mentioned, he was impressive in last seasons u18s team ....cheers for info @Padz

I know this is KL thread but do people think Nico Jones would benefit from a loan? Or is he needed as cover for 1st team?

As he is playing regularly for the youth team/u23s as well as appearing in the Abomination Trophy I doubt it will happen. I suspect he is needed as cover as well but I suppose a short term loans could happen in the 2nd half of the season.
