Sure club has had a pop up shop at times in John Lewis at the Westgate centre.

Just noticed Reading have a pop up shop in their local John Lewis.

I would have thought it would have made good commercial sense for us to do the same coming up to Christmas, an opportunity missed

I would be compromising a friend who tried to help the club by revealing what I know. It's not my place to do that, but my friend might decide to do it, and I'd rather leave that decision to him.

Sky movies has a channel dedicated to Christmas films at the moment, been loads of adverts on tv about it and my missus has already started going on about putting g the decorations up when I am at the Middlesbrough game. I don’t think us Middle Ages men get a choice when Xmas starts.

We keep the Christmas decorations in the garage, and Mrs MD doesn't go in there very often, so at this time of the year, I keep the key to the garage in my pants, and seeing as she doesn't go in there very f*****g often either, there's no danger of the decorations going up too early in our house.

I don’t actually mind Christmas, winter would be shite without it, but I don’t think it needs to start to be a thing before December.

It should start about 5 on Christmas Eve and end midnight on Boxing Day.
