Do we know what the terms are of Findlay's loan, or are we just speculating based on hearsay on here? How we managed to do that deal in early summer and not get better terms is staggering.

Apologies, unless I have a copy of the relevant contract or balance sheet open on my desk I won't comment.Do we know what the terms are of Findlay's loan, or are we just speculating based on hearsay on here?
The Findlay situation is utterly bamboozling.
He obviously wants to stay. No intention of ever staying with us again. Probably aspires to get into the WC squad.
Call him back (assuming we could), call the bluff , get Heart's and Bloom to pay a nominal fee. I can't see why we wouldn't unless we have given our 'word' to do the right honourable thing or we cannot call him back.

He got a promotion pay rise, as per the terms of his contract. He is earning just under a five figure sum per week. Hearts are paying about a third of it. Kilmarnock were paying half of that.Do we know what the terms are of Findlay's loan, or are we just speculating based on hearsay on here?
Agree 100%. Also surely Hearts would want him to stay for the season and potentially longer. He’s been a key figure in their success and they won’t want to lose him in January when they are challenging for the title for the first time in a long time. I’d have thought a small fee and they take over his entire contract, has to be the way we go, otherwise we’re having our pants pulled further down yet again here! Though it wouldn’t surprise me!He got a promotion pay rise, as per the terms of his contract. He is earning just under a five figure sum per week. Hearts are paying about a third of it. Call their bluff and recall him. Worst case is we have to pay the amount Hearts are now paying, nobody else comes in for him, and he doesn't play a game for us. Would cost us less than £100k to do this. On the other hand if we get him off the wage bill and manage to get a small fee (I'd suggest we write a SPL Champions clause into the contract, along with some other future incentive based payments) we would be up by maybe £300k.
Findlay and his agent would be pushing like fuck to get a deal done with Hearts as he would not want to kick his heels around here while Hearts were winning the League.
You know that with out decades of experience that we won't do this though. He got a promotion pay rise, as per the terms of his contract. He is earning just under a five figure sum per week. Hearts are paying about a third of it. Kilmarnock were paying half of that.

You spoilt it with the last bit!!For what we would get in savings/fee we could spunk it all on bringing in one decent loan player on a big wage (£25k a week?) that might contribute enough to keep us up.
Dele Alli might be worth a poke.
How many games has he played this season and at what level? And how fat is he?For what we would get in savings/fee we could spunk it all on bringing in one decent loan player on a big wage (£25k a week?) that might contribute enough to keep us up.

Reminds me when Palace took on a fat, semi retired Thomas Brolin. No thank youHow many games has he played this season and at what level? And how fat is he?
But Robinson moved heaven and earth to get him in..........................what went wrong? The Findlay situation is utterly bamboozling.
