True and I agree with what you’re saying but at the moment our striking options are very limited that’s why I questioned the loan.

Problem is that if you look at the last couple of games then Little, Lopes and Spasov were all on the bench ahead of Bradbury. He really is better off on loan and if Little is not going to be playing then so is he because all suggestion was that he is ahead of them all in his development.

Not sure the OUFC 1st team is the place to develop players at the moment

Did you actually see what Bradbury did in his games with us?
He’s a young lad learning can’t remeber what game it was but yes he struggled but in the short 10 min or soo appearance against Wyscumb he did ok, but whatnother option do we have at the moment?

Confidence is a strange thing keep them here ok on the bench but come on if required gives a boost to their confidence sending them on loan may deflate them a bit, that’s all I’m saying.

Harvey Bradbury is 20, hardly a youth prospect like Spasov and Lopes. he needs lots of games. There are many 20 year olds playing full time in the big leagues (pulsic just went for 58 million, he is same age as bradbury, Rashford at manyoo is 21 and has played over 100 top flight games already). If Bradbury is going to be any good he needs to start playing week in week out (and not in a relegation threatened league one side)

Never been so underwhelmed to be honest. Also seems that, contrary to us expecting targets to be lined up, theyve not really been.

We are Oxford United, unless they are free, injured or over the hill, all we have is peanuts and buttons to pay with. So, even if Einstein does come out with his usual bullsh*te of having spoken to hundreds of agents, believe non of it.

Regardless of tiger coming out with the "old money to spend," most people are level headed enough to know, it's probably not going to happen.

Mark Sykes. Not free injured or over the hill. Whyte cost 6 figures so I guess he did.

Please don't let facts get in the way of @Mellowyellow talking his usual rubbish. He was saying in the summer that Holmes was too good for us and Smith wouldn't sign, and that Whyte and Browne were untested kids that would achieve nothing!!

Robinson has already started making excuses as to why we will not sign any decent players this transfer window, heard it all before, his comments seem muddled as to what he wants, why does he keenami g players and then saying we are not going for them.
Transfer strategy muddled, unclear planning, result will be more injury prone loanees who will play no part in our recovery whilst we pay for theirs.
Tiger has no money, no ambition for our club, Robinson has no idea about anything.
God help us.

No money but payed 6 figures for a player yesterday.

Ultimatum for what though? He leaves and joins a new club who presumably take on his contract or he stays here, turns up for training, 'runs every day' and gets paid a handsome basic wage for it? From the sounds of it, IP isn't bothered either way and can 'Winston Bogarde' us if he chooses. It's not much of an ultimatum if the prospect is just running ...

I'd love to know what goes into a player's contract. Refusing to play and returning home to Sweden must be some sort of breach of contract surely? Do clubs have power to sack players for that sort of misdemeanor?

He wasn't allowed to play until January anyway, so wouldn't have been in the team. Am sure his absence was agreed with the club but in doing so they have basically seen he is not willing to do the hard work.

And by "run every day" I assume KR is just going to run him till he vomits and not include him in any team business. If he doesnt turn up for that then we may have grounds for dismissal, mind.

And Brannigan.
Think he did but have to agree with other posters Tiger said there’s money available and KR seems to contradict things, and we can only have one more loanee. But whatever happens he has to sort this mess and get us away from the drop zone.

And you know Jordan Graham won't be a decent signing?
