To play in the EFL, I believe that players can only have played for one other club in a season.
So do non- league clubs not count, or do we have to keep Knightbridge to the end of the season now as back up in case 1 of our 2 keepers are injured/ suspended?

I assume non-league clubs don't count, seeing as we've sent players off on different 1-month loans to a variety of NLN/NLS clubs. As with Elliot-Wheeler, coming back from Oxford City to go straight to Salisbury

Non League loans do not count. He could play for 5 non league teams this season, and we could still use him.

Eastwood is a training keeper, I get that, most clubs have them at this level, but surely Knightbridge can play this role?

Well he may have done, but it doesn't mean that Knightsbridge is any good.
Not sure if you can have any views in a player who isn't even playing in the U21s, without ever seeing them play?

Edit: Now playing for Gosport Borough in the Southern Lg Premier South. He has started the last 4 Lg games after being sub in the 1st game.

So over half the team can be over age? That seems a bit mental, no wonder they keep needing to enter their youngsters into competitions against football/non league teams, they can’t get game time because of all the overage players.

It does seem barmy. The rationale is it lines up with other competitions such as International competitions and the Abomination Trophy. Further the theory is it allows fringe over-age players (the guidance suggest for 22/23 year olds to get competitive (kind of) minutes) to push on into the first team picture.
